Trailer Double-cylinder hot melt kettle
Four-wheel-cylinder Double-cylinder hot melt kettlel is a kind of trailer walking-style facilities for  melting material. The machine equipped with pneumatic (or hydraulic) brake device,  adjust the frequency of the warning lights flashing freely and to ensure full combustion of the low-temperature liquefied petroleum gas burners. The main purpose of its research and development is to reduce the construction of motor vehicles and the configuration of the number of operators ,to reduce the construction costs, increase efficiency and safety of the construction site,Also it can be removed the trouble of  loading and unloading hot melt kettle before and after the construction .
1. Engine: 18HP water-cooled or air-cooled electric start low-noise environment diesel engines. 2. Mixing method: diesel engine through gear pump, double-control valve, relief valve and hydraulic motor and leading mixer to work. 3. Hydraulic Tank: designed with windows, heat sink, and oil temperature displayed tank , the capacity of fuel tank 50L, built-in 68 # hydraulic oil.
4. Heating system:The propane gas cylinders through the valve supply gas for the reactor chamber infrared stoves and external ignition. Infrared heat can save over 30% gas than conventional gas-fired stoves. Users can set different according to the different types of coating material to control the melting temperature (0 ℃ -300 ℃), The fuel can be used more economical ,the operation can be more convenient and the material quality can be assurance better.
5. Material cylinder: anti-scorch, high temperature, anti-oxidation arc-type special steel stamping Soup base , vertical vane-type multi-hydraulic mixer, It can be contain more paint and the quality will more  better.the capacity of Cylinder is 2 × 350kg.
6. Thermometer: Each cylinder with various pairs of sensor-type heat-proof ,Antishock thermometer to observe the temperature more convenient and let temperature display more accurate. 7. The operation control: manual duplex control valve separate control mixer in ttwo cylinders to do pros and cons mixing, patented anti-malicious and non-standard operating systems, to better protect the machine from damage.
8. Insulation system: heat-conducting oil or high-tech-filled insulation material, combined with multiple insulation system, the material  holding time more longer, less fuel consumption, melting material more efficient.
9. Ventilation exhaust systems: There are  four suction-type chimney on the top of the hot melt kettle, discharge the exhaust and soot which produced by the combustion chamber and reactor cavity fully. 10. Outlet: It includes tooth-formed type compact discharge system which can Optional locking  dischargeTrough , opening and closing more secure, more accurate and more convenient.
11. Structure: The machine has a Integration  high-strength and high temperature resistance welded structure design. Jacket plate is anti-oxidation high-strength and and high temperature resistance cold-rolled steel plate, the surface is covered by the wear-resistant and high temperature resistance coating.the pedal is  made of  anti-skid steel. 12. Safety features: It has overload automatic protection device, in case of emergency,the mixing system can automatically separated, the machine coupled with fire-fighting and lighting devices to ensure the safety of operator and equipment. 13.
